Hello there. I am the Property Manager Elisa Gamboa for Wallowa Mountain Properties, Inc.

I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and give a brief background.

I have lived in Wallowa County since 1989. I was raised by an incredibly amazing mom, who not only raised 3 kids of her own, but also took on foster children as well who in turn became lifelong family members. My grandfather, Don Cosgrove, was a teacher and coach at Joseph High School for many years and my grandma, Betty Cosgrove was better known for Betty’s Kitchen.

I graduated from Enterprise High School in 2003 and went to Blue Mountain Community College. I then lived in Tri-Cities, WA for 8 years until I had a beautiful baby girl. I knew right then and there I would like to raise my family in the small-town environment I grew up in. I have been living in Wallowa County ever since. I have been a server/bartender for 12 years.

This year I was presented with an amazing opportunity to go to school and get my Property Management license. I was even more blessed to become a Property Manager for Wallowa Mountain Properties. I am excited to be part of an amazing team and am even more excited to help both landlords and tenants.

I am excited to be able to work with my community and help in any way I can. WMP and I are ready to take on more homes and serve both owners and tenants.
