Oriana Wandschneider

Oriana Wandschneider is a Property Manager’s Assistant serving Wallowa County and the surrounding areas. She recently returned to the county with her young son, motivated by a strong connection to the community and a desire to raise her family in the small-town environment she values. 

Oriana brings a well-rounded professional background to property management, including experience as a Project Manager, along with hands-on work in commercial operations, heavy equipment operations, and holding a Commercial Drivers License (CDL). She also teaches flagging and OSHA safety certification classes, reinforcing her strong focus on compliance, job-site safety and industry standards. 

She is currently completing her degree in Supply Chain and Operations Management, further strengthening her expertise in organization, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Known for her clear communication and detailed-oriented approach, Oriana is committed to ethical management practices and protecting the long-term value of each property she oversees. 

Outside of work, Oriana is family oriented and values an active, healthy lifestyle, which aligns with her belief in balance, consistency and accountability. Principles she brings into both her professional relationships and community involvement. As both a professional and a parent, she understands the importance of stable, well-managed housing and works closely with property owners and tenants to build positive, respectful relationships within the community.
